Hi Reader,

I was teaching another No BS OKRs cohort this week and reflecting: one of my favorite parts of the whole thing is the independent working time. During the workshop, I introduce an exercise, then turn everybody loose for their own drafting time; we reconvene, and the day is done.

It feels weird to host a course and then not teach ... but the feedback on those sections is consistently high. People often share that they appreciate the time the class gives them to think.

For awhile, I've considered an experiment with some informal body-doubling sessions -- similar to our No BS OKRs independent working time -- for people to gather and take some time out of our busy weeks to focus on goal setting and goal attainment in a more casual and self-directed format.

I took a pulse-check on LinkedIn the other day and a few folks hand-raised that they may be interested -- so I'm going to run the experiment!

We'll kick off on Friday at 9-10am Pacific / 12-1pm Eastern with the first session of this experimental six-week series.
