Goal Fridays is an informal experiment: we'll gather for one hour a week, for six consecutive weeks.

Each week:

  • I'll kick off with a ten-minute introduction to a helpful resource that may help you with goal-setting (which you can choose to practice that day or not)
  • Then we'll have forty minutes of body-doubling time (in 10-20 minute sprints) for you to work on setting and achieving your most important goals.
  • I'll be available for questions via the chat window as you work.*

*If you don't know me: Hi! I'm Sara Lobkovich, and I'm an OKR Coach (and goal nerd). One of the things I most enjoy about teaching my No BS OKRs course is the time we spend working independently on goal-setting; so I wanted to create a routine cadence for goal-focused working time outside of that class.
